Our assembly function is the last mile service quotient that is a mixture of finishing machinery and skilled people making us a key provider in fulfilling supply chain requirements.

We have five extrusion lines that give us the capability of producing single, co-extruded and tri-extruded profiles with different cross-sections of upto 50mm diameter.

These extrusion lines combine up to offer a total installed capacity of approximately 9 metric/tonnes per day.

These plastic extrusion machines can extrude FPVC, TPV, uPVC, PP, PU and other thermoplastics and polymer materials.

The most popular applications are for uPVC window requirements like sliding interlocks, bug screen frames, casing and capping for electrical wiring, ducting trays and also for automobile applications.
